organoleptic analysis
EN
c.n.
An examination using one or more of the senses (e.g. sight, smell, etc.). 1
Sensory analysis allows to identify, measure, analyse and interpret the product’s organoleptic properties as they are perceived by the senses, in an ordered and structured way. It is therefore a reliable and independent measuring tool which meets scientific standards and allows us to induce, measure, analyse and interpret sensory perceptions. 2
